In regards to your issue, the first thing I would recommend is make sure you have the latest software version for your phone. You can check this on your localised Nokia website by selecting your phone model then going to support and then software. It should list the latest software version and details on how to update. Give this a go and hopefully this should resolve your issue.

If it doesn't I recommend you do a soft reset. This can be done by typing *#7780# on your device. This will reset the settings on your phone but will not erase any of your data. If your device asks for a code the default is 12345. If this doesn't resolve your issue then you can try a hard reset.

By typing *#7370# on your device this will reset your phone fully and will erase all data. Once again if your phone ask for the default code this is 12345. If you do a hard reset please remember to back up your phone.
