I figured it out!!!! Its because those DLL files aren't on the computer. Here's what I think it is: The patch uses DLL files that versions of windows that don't get automatic updates don't have, so manually downloading the files worked for me:) In google downloads can be found: msvcp120.dll - fix4dll.com/msvcp120_dll msvcr120.dll - fix4dll.com/msvcr120_dll that's the site I went to, Also - those files can be placed in the system32 folder C:/Windows/System32/ ***See you soon NOOBS!!!!!:):):):P:P:P LOL JK GG!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10:23 AMPosted by I figured it out!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO THAT! Download Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 directly from Microsoft so that you receive authentic files and have them installed correctly. 12:20 PMPosted by I put msvcr120.dll and msvcp120.dll in system32 and thats not work, help me pls yea i put the msvcp120 it was already in my windows folder. I added it to my wc3 folder by copying it then it said cannot start because your missing msvcr120 so i downloaded that from internet added to wc3 folder click to start game. Then it tells me game.dll missing now rofl. And the game.dll is in the folder, looks like i will have to wait for them to release the digital copy with patch 127a in it to fix this problem. I am running windows 8.1.

Battle Net Patch 1 Aaa

I have the same problem. I have seen this on Windows XP machines and I suspect that the patch is bugged. I used the v1.26A full installer to roll back the 1.27 patch and the game works again, except for Battle.Net, which will be in an update loop. I have tried to send in support tickets all day, but even when I attach the DXDIAG and MSINFO files, the support page kicks it back. I do not go on Battle.Net that much, so reverting for me was no big deal. However, the folks that are online a lot are out of luck until Blizzard comes up with a 1.27A to fix whatever 1.27 broke. Oddly enough, I had no issues with the Diablo II patch that was released a few days ago.

Blizzard, I and many other gamers here have been thwarted by the problems created by Patch 1.27a. The two biggest problems being the game looking for MSCVR120.DLL and the call for CDs for installs that used the downloaded installer. Patch 1.27A has broken the game for many players, who now cannot open the game.
